Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. All orders from this site will only be shipped within Singapore.
When will my Huxley order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to pick and pack each order within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail with your tracking included. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
How long will it take to receive my Huxley order?
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
I accidentally input the wrong address - what should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have clicked Checkout, your order will be processed and you cannot make any changes or cancel it online. However, you may be able to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Please contact our Customer Care team (email@example.com) as soon as possible after ordering and they will be able to advise you.
What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping with Huxley. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request to return your items and get a refund within 30 days from your actual date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the original packaging.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with 30 days from the actual date of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will walk you through the exchange process.
What happen to the coins I earned after I return my orders?
All coins earned on the returned items will be forfeited accordingly. If you have already used up part of/all of these coins meant to be forfeited, then you may notice a negative coins balance. In the case whereby part of the payment was made using coin redemption, the coins will be refunded first. Any balance amount will be refunded.
Are your products tested on animals?
Huxley products are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. We do not test any of its products or any of its ingredient on animals but does submit products for testing where required by law.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Huxley do not use any animal raw materials in any of its products. All ingredients listed on the packaging of its products met UK Vegan Society criteria.
Are your products safe for me if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Huxley products are hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested to ensure there are no complications. However, it’s always wise to consult your doctor before making any changes to your daily routine.
What type of skin type are Huxley products suitable for?

2. Click the button on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click to view your reward and redeem.
4. Copy the discount code and enter the code at the check out page.
